Stonemark’s Jessica Weathers Nominated for Multifamily Award

Atlanta – Jessica Weathers from Stonemark Management has earned a nomination for the Excellence Awards hosted by the Upper State Apartment Association, which serves Greenville, Spartanburg and surrounding areas of South Carolina. She is nominated in the Regional Manager of the Year category.

Weathers oversees nine apartment communities in South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia and Mississippi. In order to be accepted as a nominee, Weathers had to undergo a thorough process requiring a personal interview, written materials, photographs and several letters of recommendation.

“She has done a great job keeping delinquent rents extremely low compared to her peers in the industry,” Stonemark president Walt Lamperski said in a recommendation letter. “Jessica has assembled top-notch on-site employees and has gained their respect and support,” he added. “She is a team player and gets along beautifully with all Stonemark Corporate employees and her Regional Manager peers.”

“I feel accomplished knowing that there is recognition both within Stonemark and  also within the industry in South Carolina,” Weathers said. “In the coming year I hope to become more involved in the Upper State Apartment Association. I’ll also encourage my team to become involved,” she concluded.

The Upper State Apartment Association’s mission is to enhance the multifamily industry by serving members through advocacy, education and partnerships.
