Michael has been committed to excellence in his position as CEO of Stonemark since 1997. He has over 25 years of acquisition, disposition, finance, and management expertise to ensure the future success of Stonemark. As CEO, Michael has established one of the nation’s most outstanding multifamily management companies by attracting and retaining the best executives and associates in the industry. Prior to joining Stonemark, Michael served as CPA, specializing in real estate audit and tax consulting, with Habif, Arogetti & Wynne, PC; and Vice President of The Sterling Group, a national apartment development company, and Vestcor Realty, North Florida’s largest owner and manager of multifamily communities. A graduate of The University of Kentucky’s Gatton College of Business and Economics, Mr. Taylor holds a BS in Accounting & Finance.

Walt has been committed to excellence in his position as President of Stonemark since 2007, bringing over 30 years of experience to the company. Prior to joining Stonemark, his experience included Senior Vice President for Bell Partners (portfolio topped 30,000 units) from 1985 until 1996 and then again in 2003 until March of 2007. He has also served as Vice President for Berkshire Realty Holdings from 2001 until 2003 and as Senior Vice President for United Dominion Realty Trust, overseeing approximately 25,000 units from 1996 until 2001. Mr. Lamperski received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Shorter University and received his Certified Property Manager (CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in 1987. He is past president of the Georgia Apartment Association (2008), Atlanta Apartment Association (2003), and the Triad Apartment Association in North Carolina (1992). He holds a Real Estate Broker’s license for Georgia and North Carolina.

Melissa Gill has been committed to excellence at Stonemark since 2016. As COO/CFO, Melissa oversees Stonemark’s day-to-day operations, designs and implements policies and strategic direction, and supports the delivery of high-quality services to clients and associates. Melissa’s accounting expertise spans over 30 years and includes both public and industry practice. Before Stonemark, Melissa also owned and managed her own business for 12 years. Melissa’s success stems from her diverse accounting and operational background and is enhanced by her management experience that focuses on strong customer service and communication. Melissa Gill received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and Business Management from Trinity College in 1988. She received her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation from the State of Vermont in 1989.

Tiffany Crutchley is the Executive Vice President of Client Development and Marketing at Stonemark, with responsibility for creation and implementation of advertising strategies. Tiffany provides support and strategic direction to employees and assets ensuring optimization of all marketing pursuits. She utilizes her twenty years of Multi-Family experience to ensure that the communities present a product that not only meets the expectations of the owners and customers but exceeds them by enhancing appeal and creating value. Prior to joining Stonemark , Tiffany served in numerous roles both at a corporate level as well as onsite. Her work history includes companies such as Gables Residential, AMLI Residential, Greystar and TriBridge Residential. Tiffany attended Kennesaw State University and majored in Business Management. She is an active member of the Atlanta Apartment Association and has served on several committees including The Membership Drive and Food-A-Thon.

Melissa Doss joined Stonemark Management in 1994 and currently oversees multiple multi-family portfolios throughout Georgia. Melissa’s property management expertise spans a period of 23 years in the multi-family real estate industry; her experience covers multiple markets throughout Georgia. Melissa’s expertise includes, but is not limited to rehabilitation projects, lease ups, property operations. Melissa’s success stems from her diverse operational experiences within the field of property management and is cemented by her systematic management style that promotes communication and strong work ethics. Her management approach and results continue to meet the goals and objectives of our owners and investors resulting in increased property values. Melissa holds the designations of Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) and Certified Property Manager (CPM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management.

Diane Gilbert-Guthrie has been committed to excellence in her position as a Regional Vice President since 2019 and currently oversees portfolios throughout Texas and Tennessee. Over her career, she has worked for Greystone Asset Management – which the Asset Plus Companies acquired – as well as Greystar, the Hudson Group, and the Finger Companies. Diane was most recently Senior Vice President of Operations for Asset Living. Based in Texas, Diane earned the 2019 Houston Apartment Association Executive of the Year award, serves on the Board of Directors for the Houston Apartment Association, and is a member of the Go-Getters Club, twice earning the Go-Getter of the Year award and becoming Lifetime Honorary member in 2015. She is also a Board Member for the Texas Apartment Association and a delegate for the National Apartment Association. She earned the Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) and Certified Property Manager (CPM) designations from the Institute of Real Estate Management.

Peter Geiger has been committed to excellence in his position as Director of Construction since 2019. He has over 22 years of prior experience in multi-family construction, maintenance, and development. Peter's strengths include project management, strategic capital planning, budget forecasting, risk identification, and team building. Peter has current certifications in OSHA, EPA Proctor, and CPO and is a certified Property Maintenance and Housing Inspector as well as an Arborist.

Jeanette Sugrue has been committed to excellence in her position as Director of Systems Administration and Support since 2013. Her property management experience spans a period of 25 years in the multi-family real estate industry throughout Georgia and Texas, and her expertise includes, but is not limited to: day-to-day site operations, portfolio management, property management software applications, and procedural compliance. Jeanette's success stems from her diverse operational experience within the field of property management, a strong work ethic, and her attention to detail. Marygrace Navarro has been committed to excellence in her position as Regional Manager for our portfolio since 2006. Marygrace’s experience spans a period of 20 years as an onsite multi-family manager. Her expertise includes, but is not limited to, property operations, operations training, and troubleshooting. Jessica Weathers has been committed to excellence in her position as Regional Manager since 2021 and is responsible for the daily operations of assets in both South Carolina and Tennessee. Her previous multifamily management experience includes serving as a district portfolio manager and earning an internal award for excellence. She also co-created a national training and mentorship program, which established consistent criteria for success, and launched a series of training webinars on both systems and software. Her long-term goal is to build lasting, successful relationships with owners and investors, and to exceed the expectations of the assets.
