Job Duties:

Requirements:

Experience/Skills:
. Must be fluent in Spanish ad English.
· Two years of experience as an Assistant Property Manager.
· One year experience in Payable/Receivables.
· Management training is desirable. OneSite experience is required.
· Excellent people skills. Must be strong team player with good communication skills and ability to manage time and set priorities.
· Knowledge of bookkeeping, business math, accounting, management and marketing.
