Atlanta – Stonemark, a multifamily real estate property management firm, has promoted two people to new positions. 

Tiffany Crutchley – formerly vice president of marketing and business development – is now vice president of operations. In her new role, she will direct the firm’s Marketing, Business Development, Training, Capital Projects and Maintenance departments. 

Crutchley, who has 20 years of multifamily experience, joined Stonemark three years ago. Her marketing skills and use of technology helped lower costs, increase occupancy and build trust with clients. Over time, she gained input into strategic planning, developing new policies and procedures, and contributing to human resources decisions. She also launched the firm’s first Diversity Committee. 

“Tiffany’s strategic thinking, people skills and excellent client relationships led me to bring her into more and more important company decisions – both immediate and long-term,” said Stonemark President Walt Lamperski. “I know she will bring the same professionalism, intelligence, objectivity and creativity to her new, expanded role as she brought to Marketing.”

In addition, Lamperski promoted Sally Thompson, CAM, to district manager. Thompson, most recently the senior community manager of The 500 Apartments in Atlanta, guided the community through a complex renovation while greatly improving performance. She’ll now oversee The 500 and Sedona Falls Apartments in Marietta. Recent honors include Multi-Housing News’ 2020 Property Manager of the Year Bronze Award. She also earned internal honors in 2020 and 2021. 

“Sally has had tremendous success as senior community manager and I am confident that she will continue her great track record in her new role,” Lamperski said.
