The biggest overall winner was University Garden in Athens, Georgia, which earned honors including Community of the Year and Community Manager of the Year.
The individual honorees include:

- Groundskeeper of the Year: Cesar Munoz from The 500 in Atlanta
- Team Player of the Year: Tia Burke of Spencer Park Row in Houston
- Corporate Employee of the Year: Wanda Morris, Director of Human Resources

- Best Online Reputation: Lookout Hollow in Selma, Texas
- Customer Service Excellence: 2800 McFarland in Tuscaloosa, Ala.
