Atlanta – Stonemark Management is reaching out to the teams that keep apartments leased and thriving by observing Residential Property Management Industry Professionals Careers Week 2022.
Careers Week 2022 runs from Monday, July 18 through Friday, July 22. Stonemark plans special activities and recognitions throughout the week for the hundreds of people it employs. The highlight will be Apartment Onsite Teams Day on Wednesday, July 20, when multifamily property teams will receive special gift baskets.
“We want the people who work at the communities we manage to understand how much we appreciate them,” said Stonemark Vice President of Marketing and Business Development Tiffany Crutchley. “Especially through the pandemic, they have given their all not just to keep things running smoothly – but to continue building a sense of community for our residents.”
Roughly 40 million Americans live in apartments, according to The National Apartment Association (NAA). The national trade group is leading Careers Week in an effort to honor those in the industry while recruiting new talent. It is also offering a discount on education courses and credentialing programs throughout the month of July.
Apartment communities will post content on social media for each day of Careers Week. This will include shout-outs to maintenance teams; Diversity, Equity and Inclusion information; recognitions of key teammates; and more.
