Atlanta, Ga./Greenville, S.C. (September 12, 2019) – Stonemark Management has acquired the contract to manage Hudson Orchard Park Apartments – a 172-unit multifamily community in Greenville, S.C.

The pet-friendly community has a clubhouse with kitchen and state-of-the-art fitness center and cyber café. The outdoor area includes a swimming pool and sundeck, open-air lounge with fireplace, a BBQ/picnic area and sand volleyball court.

The one- and two-bedroom apartments feature fully-equipped kitchens with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Like all Stonemark properties, it has on-site management and maintenance.

Its location on Orchard Park Drive in Greenville is just off I-385 near the Patewood Medical Campus, Haywood Mall and several recreational options.
