(Atlanta) February 2022 – Three apartment communities Atlanta-based Stonemark manages are among the Elite 1% properties in the nation with the best online reputation for 2021. J Turner Research, which describes itself as the leading market research firm exclusively serving the multifamily industry, recently issued its annual Online Reputation Assessment – or ORA® – rankings. Of more than 128,000 properties the firm monitors, 1,564 earned the Elite 1% distinction.
The Stonemark communities which earned the top designation are:
+Palms at Cinco Ranch in Richmond, Texas
+Jasmine Cover in Simpsonville, South Carolina
+Fox Run Apartments in Camden, South Carolina
The ranking, on a scale of 0-100, is based on research of lifetime online reviews across multiple review sites and Internet Listing Services. All three Stonemark communities earned a ranking of 94. The national average ORA® Score as of December 2021 was 62.
