Stonemark Adds Three to Management Team
Atlanta/Jackson, Mississippi – Stonemark Management has added three new key players to its Southeastern team.
Tameka Woods is the company’s new Regional Vice President for its rapidly-expanding Mississippi portfolio. As a member of Stonemark’s corporate leadership team, she advises property owners and adds strategic direction to their multifamily property management portfolios. She also supervises communities and employees in the regions for which she is responsible. Woods has earned several awards for her service. Her professional certifications include Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS), Accredited Residential Manager (ARM), Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), Certified Manager of Housing (CMH) and Certified Property Manager Candidate (CPM).
The firm also added Shy Maclin as a Regional Manager for the multifamily properties the company manages in Mississippi and Tennessee. Alita Shannon joins Stonemark to fill a newly-added position overseeing communities in Mississippi. Both have extensive regional property management experience. Their responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing and operational plans for the communities in their area, and making sure that they achieve or exceed occupancy and financial goals.
