Atlanta (March 2018) – Stonemark Management is increasing the strength of its corporate bench by adding an experienced multifamily leader and making several strategic promotions.
Darlene Hunter rejoined the multifamily property management firm this month as Regional Vice President. Hunter, who will oversee the firm’s regional managers, has more than two decades multi-site apartment management experience. Hunter earned Certified Apartment Property Supervisor (CAPS) designation through the National Apartment Association. She was a Senior Regional Manager at Stonemark for several years before leaving for a competitor.
“We are ecstatic to have Darlene back,” said Stonemark President Walt Lamperski. “She understands our portfolio, the needs of our residents and financial concerns of the owners we represent.”
Stonemark also added two new regional managers:
- Regina Williams, who was promoted in January, is based in the Montgomery, Alabama market.
- Amanda Miller covers the South Carolina market. She became a regional manager last year and is based on Columbia.
In addition, Michael Slaton is now Stonemark’s Director of Maintenance. He has 10 years of property management experience in several Southeast markets. He was previously a Maintenance Supervisor at a community Stonemark manages in South Carolina.
“Mike has extensive knowledge of property operations,” Lamperski said. “He’s skilled in all areas including budgeting, training and mentoring, due diligence and more.”
Slaton maintains EPA HVAC and National CPO Certifications, as well as a National Red Cross CPR and First Aid Certification. He assumed his new management role last year.
