Park on Gilder Creek Grand Re-Opening Held
Mauldin, South Carolina – A Mauldin apartment community has a new name and newly-renovated residences. Park on Gilder Creek Apartments in Mauldin, South Carolina – formerly known as Terrace at Butler – is in the midst of a $1.5 million renovation. A ribbon-cutting ceremony Oct. 5 marked the changes and the community’s induction into the Greater Mauldin Chamber of Commerce.
Local dignitaries included Mauldin Mayor Terry Merritt, city council members and representatives of the Chamber of Commerce thanked owners Park Capital Partners for investing in Mauldin, and Stonemark Management for supervising the rebranding and renovation.
“There was a fantastic turn out and the welcoming heart of the community was felt fully,” said Stonemark Regional Manager Jessica Weathers.
The renovation includes significant upgrades. The clubhouse now has a modern look with updated fitness and business center equipment. Interiors offer energy-efficient stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and white cabinetry with black accents in kitchens and baths, fresh paint colors, new lighting and flooring, and washers & dryers. Stonemark is renovating apartments as residents move out; work will continue for several months until all 132 apartments are complete.
The pet-friendly apartments still feature spacious one- and two-bedroom floorplans with breakfast bars, dining areas, ceiling fans, chair rails and crown molding, walk-in closets, patios or balconies and storage areas. Select homes have pantries and vaulted ceilings. Amenities include a resort-style pool with a sundeck, a grilling and picnic pavilion, a playground and bark park for dogs. Garages are also available.
