Atlanta/Houston –Stonemark Management has added two Texas luxury multifamily communities to its management portfolio. The Spencer Park Row has 390 units near Katy in west Houston. Tranquility Lakeside in Pearland, just south of Houston, has 212 units.

Select units include direct-access garages with private driveways, lavish baths with oval garden tubs, built-in computer desks, expansive walk-in closets and linen closets. The community was formerly known as Sevona Park Row. 

Apartments at Tranquility Lakeside offer lakeside living, arched entryways, vaulted ceilings, connections for full-sized washers and dryers, and outside storage. Outside amenities include a dog park and children’s playground. Select units include garages. The community was formerly known as Sevona Tranquility Lake.
