Provide administrative support and receptionist duties at our corporate office.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Answer telephone calls, take messages, respond to questions and direct callers to appropriate parties; greet visitors • Provide administrative support to Operations Team, including VP of Operations, Director of Construction as well as team of Regional Managers • Sort and distribute mail, fax, make copies • Create and distribute weekly and monthly owner reports • Prepare financial reports • Monitor and purchase office supplies • Coordinate/maintain calendars • Arrange meetings, order meals, set-up and maintain conference rooms • Interface with Accounting, HR and other departments
Experience working in property management preferred. Strong computer skills with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. (Especially Excel) Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus.
Abilities and Aptitude:
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, have strong multi-tasking and organizational skills, and be eager to learn while using the resources around them. He/she will have attention to detail to ensure that documents are accurate, grammatically correct, and completed in a timely manner.
